Disability Advocates Group Florida sponsoring the Uniquely Autism 5K & Fun Walk in Port St. Lucie.
By Michelle Shvarts
Principal Attorney

Disability Advocates Group Florida is proud to sponsor the Uniquely Autism 5K & Fun Walk taking place April 4, 2026 in Port St. Lucie.

This annual event celebrates neurodiversity, promotes inclusion, and brings families and community members together in support of individuals on the autism spectrum. It is a day focused on connection, empowerment, and recognizing the strengths and uniqueness of neurodivergent individuals.

The funds raised will be donated to Surfers for Autism, a local non-profit organization providing surfing classes to children and adults with autism and other developmental delays. Through adaptive surfing programs, Surfers for Autism creates inclusive experiences that build confidence, independence, and joy for participants and their families.

We are honored to support an initiative that uplifts voices, fosters understanding, and creates meaningful opportunities for community engagement throughout the Treasure Coast.

Celebrating Neurodiversity and Community Connection

The Uniquely Autism 5K & Fun Walk is more than a race — it is a celebration of individuality and shared community support.

Events like this:

  • Encourage awareness and acceptance
